SUBJECT:       Amendment to General Memorandum Order No.1, Series of 2011, Re: Delegation of Signing Authorities on Financial Matters to Central and Field Officers

In the interest of the service and order to facilitate the procurement contract and financial documents for the repair of the DAR Regional Office of Region VIII at the Dormitory Building, Tacloban Leyte which is the subject of the issued BAC Resolution No.15, series of 2017, an amendment to GMO No. 1, series of 2011, is hereby issued, to wit:

A.REQUISITION

The signing authority for all requisitions is delegated as follows:
