SUBJECT    :     Amending Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2011, Titled Case Control Number System for Cancellation Cases

     Recognizing that there are particular provinces which have more than one Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (PARAD), the regional and provincial numbers of Regions V and VI for purposes of the Case Control Number System of cases covered by Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2011, as delineated by Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2011, are hereby amended, as follows:    DcHSEa
