DAR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 03-02

PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF THE POLICY GOVERNING COMMITTEE FOR ALL FOREIGN-ASSISTED PROJECTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM

In the exigency of the service, there is hereby created the Policy Governing Committee for all foreign and locally-funded projects of the DAR. As such, it shall provide policy and operational directions of these projects to ensure the attainment of their desired objectives and consistency with the national development thrusts.   aCHDST

The Committee, which shall meet at least once a month, shall be chaired by the DAR Secretary with the DAR Undersecretaries and Assistant Secretary for Support Services as members.

This amends accordingly all other Orders to the contrary.
