AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ELEVEN OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE, ENTITLED "THE CADASTRAL ACT", PROVIDING THAT NOT CONTESTED LOTS BE ADJUDICATED IN A SEPARATE DECISION WHICH SHALL BECOME FINAL THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE, RENDITION OF SAME, AND PROVIDING, FURTHER, THAT THE CIVIL STATUS OF THE CLAIMANTS BE STATED IN SUCH DECISION
SECTION 1. Section eleven of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty'-nine, entitled "The Cadastral Act" is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:
"Provided, however, That in deciding a cadastral case, the court shall set aside from the cadastral proceeding all lots that have not been contested and shall award such lots to the claimants in a decision which shall become final thirty days after the rendition of the same, without prejudice to going on with the proceeding as regards the contested lots. Every decision shall set forth the civil status of the respective claimant, the name of the spouse if married, the age if a minor, and if under disability the nature of such disability." ICacDE
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
