DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-73

            In a coordinating conference called by the Chief of the Philippine Constabulary on June 18, 1973, which was attended by the Executive Judge and other judges of the Court of Agrarian Relations, as well as other ranking officials of the Supreme Court, Department of National Defense, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Department of Justice, Department of Local Government and Community Development, and our Department for the Purpose of Threshing our problems of jurisdiction, procedure and implementation relative to agrarian cases, it was agreed that for an effective coordination in the implementation of the Agrarian Reform Program, our Department Memorandum Circulars Nos. 2 and 2-A, dated February 14 and 15, 1973, be amended. The amendments have been adopted by this Department and are underlined in Memorandum Circulars No. 2 (amended) and 2-A (amended) dated June 18 and 19, 1973, respectively, copies of which are attached hereto. It was also agreed that a closer coordination be maintained between the officials of the Department of Agrarian Reform including its field personnel and the Judges of the Court of Agrarian Relations in order to facilitate prompt action and/or solution of problems being encountered in the implementation of the Program.   ICESTA

            Said Memorandum Circulars, as amended, have been concurred in by Executive Judge Artemio C. Macalino of the Court of Agrarian Relations for and in behalf of all CAR Judges.

            Copies of the amended circulars have also been furnished the CAR and the agencies represented in the conference.
