SUBJECT    :     Documents Required for Land Bank Financing of Landholdings Subjected to Operation Land Transfer 

1.         Many landowners are inquiring as to what are the documents necessary to be submitted by them to the Land Bank to avail of the terms of payment for landholdings transferred to their tenants. In order that landowners can prepare the documents and to avoid delay, it is necessary that they be informed of the requirements. 

2.         Enclosed is a mimeographed copy of LBP Form indicating therein the documents required by the Land Bank to facilitate payment. Referring Item No. 6, in case the landowner is a corporation, its Residence Certificate C and Residence Certificate of its legal representative are also to be submitted.

3.         As assistance to the landowners, you may accept these documents and transmit them to DAR Central Office together with landowner-tenants production agreement per Department Memorandum Circular No. 21 dated December 26, 1973. This will facilitate and hasten payment to landowners.

4.         Please disseminate this information as widest as possible to landowners through DAR field units and local media.
