DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-88

SUBJECT    :     Amending Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 1988 on the Land
                           Valuation of Agricultural Lands Voluntarily Offered for Sale by
                           Landowners Pursuant to RA 6657

            In order to expedite the acquisition and valuation of agricultural lands voluntarily offered for sale by landowners and the immediate compensation by the Land Bank of the Philippines, and as recommended by the Field Operations Office, Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 1988, is hereby amended, as follows:

All voluntarily offered lands, except those already valued under E.O. 229 formula embodied in Administrative Order No. 5, Series of 1988, shall now be valued under RA 6657 formula on valuation. These shall include lands offered prior to June 15, 1988, the value of which have not yet been determined.

            This Order shall take effect immediately.   TADaCH
