SUBJECT    :     Transfer of Awarded Lands Pursuant
                           to P.D. No. 27 as Amended by E.O.
                           No. 228 and R.A. No. 6657

            Effective immediately, you are hereby directed to suspend the issuance of clearances relative to the transfer of awarded lands pursuant to P.D. No. 27, as amended by E.O. No. 228 and R.A. No. 6657, pending approval of appropriate implementing guidelines.   cCaIET
