MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT    :     Clarifying status of farmers who have became members of the Free Farmers Cooperative, Inc. (FFCI).

Tenant-farmers who have come under the coverage of P.D. No. 27 and are members of, the Free Farmers Cooperative, Inc., regardless of the date of their affiliation to the FFCI, are now eligible to receive Certificates of Land Transfer.   TAIEcS

This clarification is issued because of a previous Ministry of Local Government and Community Development (MLGCD) order declaring that only those who have affiliated with the FFCI on or before May 12, 1975, are eligible to receive the certificates of land transfer. This problem has recently been resolved by and between the Federation of Free Farmers and the MLGCD.

It is, therefore, ordered that farmers who are members of the FFCI are now entitled to receive Certificates of Land Transfer.   SDITAC
