Dear Director Duque:

We are referring to you for comment and recommendation the proposed amendment of Proclamation No. 446 Series of 1994, subject of the attached letter of DENR Undersecretary Pablo S. Trillana III. Said amendment is intended to correct the technical description of the land covered thereby and to transfer its administration and disposition from DAR to DENR, in view of the finding that the same is more suitable for residential rather than agricultural purposes.

Please include in your report the present status of subject landholding and other material facts that will aid us in determining the DAR position on the proposed amendment, and submit the same soonest.
